Wednesday 16th March (Kalbarri)

Yesterday was Wayne's birthday so we bought some really nice seafood and had a feast at the caravan.  Joy did quite a bit of homework to try to find a nice place for dinner and they were all much to expensive, so at home it was, and what a terrific night.  First we had salt & pepper Calamari, a speciality of Barry's and then garlic prawns to finish of the entree before tucking into a variety of fish with potato wedges.  To finish of the meal we had a birthday cake that Joy bought from the market at Moora on our way here.

This afternoon Barry & I did a little bit of Geocaching here in Kalbarri.  The first one we found was a Red Bluff where the scenery looking out along the cliffs is spectacular. I left a Kangaroo and took a yo-yo to leave at the next spot we try to find.

Our second find was at Meanarra Hill, this one was a little harder to find but we managed, this time I left the yo-yo and took a peg for the next one we do. Blowing a gale here today and hoping that it is a little calmer tomorrow.
